Free Postal Entry Route (Alternative Method of Entry)

1. Eligibility & Availability Free postal entries are strictly only available for paid On The House Giveaways exclusive competitions that do not have a digital free entry route available on the website. If a competition already features a free digital entry option on its respective product page, postal entries for that specific competition will not be processed.

To have a free postal entry processed, entrants must have already created a registered account on the On The House Giveaways website. All details submitted on the postal entry must exactly match the details on the account.

2. How to Enter by Post You may enter an eligible Competition for free by sending your entry via pre-paid first or second-class post to the Promoter at the following address: On The House Giveaways, OTH GROUP LIMITED, 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE.

- Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the draw.

- Entries must be written clearly on an unenclosed postcard or within an envelope.

3. Required Information Include the following information clearly and legibly with your entry:

- The exact name of the Competition you wish to enter; for example: 'Mercedes CLA45s (+£4,000) or £33,000 Cash Alternative'

- Your full legal name;

- Your date of birth;

- Your full postal address;

- A contact telephone number and email address (matching your registered account).

Incomplete or illegible entries will be automatically disqualified. If a phone number and/or email is present, we will attempt to contact you.

4. Entry Limits & Bulk Posting You may make multiple free postal entries for any eligible Competition up to the maximum limit placed on entries by the Promoter (this maximum limit is listed on the relevant Competition page on the Website).

However, each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries enclosed in one envelope or bundled on one postcard will not be accepted as multiple entries. If a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry.

5. Deadlines & Capacity Your postal entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the Competition Closing Date and prior to all tickets in a Competition being allocated/sold out.

- Free entries received within 48 hours of the Closing Date, or the date on which all tickets have sold out, will not be entered into the selected Competition. At the Promoter's discretion, these late entries may be entered into the next available Competition of a similar value.

- Entries received outside of this 48-hour grace period will not be entered into any Competition.

- If the number of entries received reaches the maximum cap or limit before your free entry is received, you will not be entered into the Competition.

- Proof of posting does not guarantee entry into the random draw and will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

6. Lower Value Competitions If a competition ticket is priced at a lesser value than the cost of standard postage, multiple digital entries will be credited to your account for each valid postal entry received, up to the value of standard second-class postage. (e.g., If a Competition is 99p, 1 Postal Entry = 1 Competition Entry. If a Competition is 49p, 1 Postal Entry = 2 Competition Entries).
