1. The Promoter

  1. The Promoter is: OTH Group Limited, Company Number 16832628, whose registered office is at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.

2. The Competition

  1. These T&Cs apply to all sponsor-funded prize competitions listed on the Promoter’s website (onthehousegiveaways.com) and associated platforms.

  2. To enter, an Entrant must comply with these T&Cs and correctly answer the skill-based Competition Question.

  3. Every competition at OTH is Sponsor-Funded, meaning a primary entry route is provided at no cost to the Entrant, paid for by our brand partners.

3. How to Enter

  1. Entry Limits: Entries are limited to one (1) free entry per person, per competition. Entrants may choose to purchase "Sponsor Bonus Bundles" (paid entries) up to a maximum of ten (10) additional entries per person.

  2. Entrant Cap: Each competition has a strictly limited number of unique Entrants (e.g., 30,000). Once this cap is reached, the competition will close, and no further entries (free or paid) will be accepted.

  3. To enter via the Free Digital Route:

    • Go to the Website and select the active competition.

    • Input the correct answer to the Skill Question.

    • Complete the entry form with your full name and email address.

    • Upon submission, your "On The House" entry is confirmed.

  4. To enter via the Paid "Sponsor Bonus" Route:

    • Following a successful free entry, you may select a Bonus Bundle (3, 5, or 10 entries etc...).

    • Complete the checkout process using the available payment methods.

    • Paid entries are treated with equal weight to free entries in the final draw.

  5. Postal Entry: In addition to the free digital route, you may enter for free by sending a pre-paid postcard to: 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. It must include the Competition name, your full name, DOB, address, email, and the answer to the Skill Question. Postal entries are subject to the same Entrant Cap as digital entries.

4. Choosing a Winner

  1. All Entrants (Free and Paid) who correctly answered the Skill Question are entered into the draw.

  2. The winner will be selected at random using a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).

  3. The draw will take place within 7 days of the Entrant Cap being reached or the Closing Date, whichever comes first.

5. The Prize

  1. The Prize is as described on the Website.

  2. No Minimum Ticket Sales: Because our prizes are sponsor-funded, the draw will always take place regardless of how many "Bonus Bundles" are sold. The Prize is guaranteed to be awarded once the competition closes.

  3. If the Prize is a vehicle (e.g., Porsche Taycan), the Winner is responsible for insurance and road tax from the moment of delivery.

6. Eligibility

  1. Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

  2. Employees of the Promoter, the Sponsor, or their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  3. Creating multiple accounts to bypass the "1 Free Entry" rule is strictly prohibited. Use of bots or automated scripts will result in all entries being voided.

7. Data Protection

  1. By entering, you agree that your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  2. Sponsor Marketing: You may choose to opt-in to receive marketing from our Sponsor. Your choice to opt-in or out does not affect your chances of winning.
