Refund Policy: On The House (OTH) Giveaways
1. Our Stance on Refunds
At On The House, we want you to feel confident in every entry you secure. While our "On The House" entries are 100% free, we understand that you may occasionally change your mind after purchasing a Bonus Bundle (Paid Entries).
2. Eligibility for Refunds

Timeframe: You may request a refund for any paid Bonus Bundle at any time before the competition closing date or before the entrant cap is reached.

Post-Draw: Once a draw has taken place and a winner has been announced, we cannot offer refunds as the service (entry into a specific draw) has been fully rendered.
3. The "Removal from Draw" Rule
This is the most important part of our policy:

Entry Voiding: If you receive a refund for a paid Bonus Bundle, those specific ticket numbers will be immediately voided and removed from our entry database.

Free Entry Status: To maintain fairness, if you refund a paid bundle, your associated Free Entry for that specific competition will also be voided. This prevents "system gaming" and ensures the entrant cap remains accurate for others.
4. How to Request a Refund
Simply email our support team at info@onthehousegiveaways.com with your order number. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days via your original payment method.
5. Chargebacks vs. Refunds
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly for a refund rather than initiating a bank chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks are taken seriously and will result in a permanent ban from all future OTH competitions to protect our community and our sponsors.
